I have enjoyed over twenty-five years of experience in many aspects of the publishing field, as a writer, book editor, series developer, picture editor, website producer, ghostwriter, writing tutor/coach, marketer, workshop teacher/speaker, researcher, ad agency owner, and "literary midwife."

I have published countless articles and fifteen books, both fiction and nonfiction, for both children and adults. One of my children's books was listed on the 1987 Best Children's Book List by the National Association for the Advancement of Science.

My publishers and employers in the above-listed capacities have included Berkeley/Ace, Bantam, Scholastic, Troll Associates, Avon Books, Time-Life Books, Boardroom Reports, Weekly Reader, Computer Associates, Whole Foods Markets, and others. 

I have operated an editorial service for the past ten years, and in the past five years alone I have worked with over one hundred writers.
